What a frightening scene we are watching in the country as states continue to flood and now the news today that more rains are coming. As we have seen this week with the awful flooding in the Midwest there is no season for disasters. Katrina occurred in August, Southern California fires in October,tornadoes in the south in February, blizzards and power outages in December and January. Of course we are not just preparing for natural disasters. Last year in my home town Hershey Candy shut down a plant and moved it to Mexico, over 600 jobs lost. This...
