Right now the flu they are seeing in emergency rooms and doctor’s offices is the H1N1 and not the seasonal flu. We expected that would be the case when we began our pandemic planning last year. This week we stocked our General Store with more fruit and it got me to thinking about what fruits are available right now. Apples!
