A few weeks ago I posted concerning the emergency California farmers have faced the past three years as the Federal government has shut off water to farmers. There have been a few changes since that posting. First, a federal judge ordered pumping to begin pumping for a two week period. This was seen as a huge triumph, and farmers will take all they can get at this point to help with the dire situation....

Wednesday Money Saving Tips… Breakfast…Snow Snow and More Snow
Wow! I just spoke with my niece in Baltimore, yikes! a Fire station roof has collapsed and they are advising people that more roofs will do the same with the weight of the snow from the biggest storm season in over 100 years. Highways are closed in Pennsylvania and Maryland and people are being told to stay home. In fact, in Baltimore only emergency vehicles are allowed on the streets. The storm is so bad...
