It has been a busy week and I apologize for not posting. I sometimes feel like the voice of gloom and doom and I just can’t write about disasters happening another time. I need a break. It gets frustrating thinking that we are putting information out there and no one seems to be listening. I hope that is not true. It breaks my heart when I know how easy it is to prepare if we just approach it systematically. I hope you have all found a preparedness buddy. I went into one of my storage areas today and just stood there and thought how good it feels to know if there is an emergency I am prepared to feed my family and care for their hygiene and basic medical needs.
Tomorrow is the last day of our fund raiser at TotallyReady.com
Thank you at all who have helped to raise money for flood victims in the mid west. We haven’t raised much but every little bit helps. I received an email this week that asked the question; Why is there not continual coverage on the TV about this disaster as there was after Katrina? Good question, when we know just as many families are affected and many are now homeless and dealing with loss of jobs and life style, and even of loved ones. Thank you for helping me to let them know they are not forgotten.
Please don’t think that you’re being ignored. I don’t post a comment often, but I do read frequently and I am using your outline to build my food storage. I have also pointed a few friends to your website so that they can understand what I’m attempting to do. Please continue to post; it helps to motivate me to continue. Thank you.
You have a lot of silent fans! Don’t give up. I have friends that talk to me about reading the blog and they are getting prepared thanks to you.
thank you, I have just discovered your site and I am very interested. We need to have your help, your message is not lost, keep up the great work and I will spread the word also.
