I've found the CouponMom.Com site to be very helpful because they have an ongoing list of what is on sale at various grocery and drug stores and what coupons are available on the sale items. I've been able to save a lot of money on things like baby food and diapers by knowing where to find the coupons to go with the sales items, as well as for things like soups, fruits, veggies, etc.

There are few coupons that I use, but that's because our stores do not double ever, I don't get the paper and I cook almost completely from scratch. I also tend to buy store brand after I've tried them and know they meet our taste test.

However, when I do use coupons they are from the internet or I've pulled them from the paper recycle bin.

I'm sure you have followers in many states, but if you live in Utah and shop coupons, check out www.grocerysmarts.com, use Utah passport g84cso (it's 100% free). It's amazing and you will love it!
