Needless to say we couldn't do anything as it wasn't booked thro us. When it comes to a big expensive trip, I believe the only way to book is face to face. If something goes wrong an agent can handle it with the company.... They usually have a far bit of pull. They can usually get you the same price or very close to what is on the net. I know of people who have spent their whole vacation in the lobby of a hotel cas it was booked on the net, and they had nobody to go to and get it fixed. I only wish those people good luck.
