Since I've been under the weather the past two weeks and have not posted for a week and since no one seems to have noticed I think I'll take a break until the first of the year. I didn't want to check out before helping you finish the stocking of your General Store. For the remainder of the year add the following: vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, cornstarch, 2 pounds of cheese per family member, spices you use often (they will be on sale Christmas week or the following week, and they are cheapest at Winco or a dollar store), and oil. You should have figured out long ago how much oil and baking supplies you use by dating them so stock accordingly for a three month supply.
If you missed READY OR NOT last week and are traveling by air this holiday or know someone who is please check out the show for important tips.

This week's show will be travel by car. With the weather so unusual and severe this winter please prepare before you hit the road.
