Seven Steps Week 4

It’s time to start a new week!! Sit back, take a deep breathe and relax. This is “Catch Up Week”! That’s right. We are going to make this simple. I know things come up, people get sick, and some days you are just plain worn out so this week is a time to go back and do a few of the things that just fell through the cracks the last three weeks.

Because I am anxious for all of us to accomplish our goals it seems more important to take a week off than to keep pushing on only to get discouraged and give up all together. I want to help. You already have a coupon code to use at TotallyReady. (If you don’t, check the Seven Steps Kickoff for your code) As a thank you for sharing your ideas, successes and even failure we are going to start a give away. It’s simple, just make a comment on any of the articles or respond to any comments on the Totally Ready blog and you will be entered for a chance to win a different preparedness item each month. This month we will be giving away an assortment of emergency energy bars for your 72 hour and car kits.

Your assignment for the week:

1. Go back and review the list of seven steps for the last three weeks. Work on any or all you have missed.

2. Comment on any post on the Totally Ready blog. Every comment gives you another chance to win!

3. Read the comments of others and see what you can learn or share.

That’s it!! Enjoy your week and use this as a time to catch up and spread the word. A support group really does help.

I have a random question, where do you all keep your 72 hour kits? It there a prime place in a home to store them?

  2. Megan says:

I’ve heard that the best place to put them is near an exit in your home. You could put it in a hall closet by the front door, for example.
