		<description>Since natural disasters cannot always be predicted, it seems a good idea to keep bottled water on the nightstand even at home.  If prescription medicine is also crucial, consider having some close by along with food.</description>

		<description>I use a travel site that sends the whole trip schedule and details in an e-mail confirmation- I forward the details to a trusted family member who is also one of my emergency contacts-if going out of country copy your passport ID pages and give them to a reliable adult in case your passport is stolen-or scan them and save them in your e mails-so you can retrieve them if stolen so you can get a new passport.</description>
